For complete new tiled and slate roof installations. Covers qualifying workmanship defects under the certificate terms.
Flat-roof replacements
For flat-roof replacements carried out by our team. The agreed warranty period and expiry date are recorded for your job.
uPVC exterior installations
For qualifying fascia, soffit, gutter, downpipe, bargeboard and cladding installations. The warranty period is agreed for the work.
Sample blank certificates. Cover is subject to the stated terms, including exclusions for storm damage, severe weather and other listed causes. We confirm any applicable cover with your quote.
