Sending a form, photograph or WhatsApp message is a request for contact only. It does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any roofing work, price, scope, payment arrangement, programme, guarantee and exclusions must be confirmed in the written quotation or other agreement supplied for that job.
Photographs and safety
Only send photographs taken from a safe place such as ground level or a secure window. Do not climb onto a roof or place yourself at risk to provide information. A photograph may help explain the visible problem but does not replace an inspection.
Offers
Website offers apply only where their stated conditions are met and the relevant work is agreed in writing. Unless the written quotation says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Availability and safe access may affect what can be included.
