Tom Forrest is the owner of OnPoint RoofCare. He has 12 years’ experience working as a roofer and established OnPoint RoofCare in 2019. Tom personally conducts property inspections, explains what he can see and attends the roofing work.
His work covers roof repairs, new and replacement roofs, flat roofing, slate and tile, leadwork, roofline work and other suitable roofing enquiries across Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Central Scotland. OnPoint RoofCare installs EPDM flat-roof systems and provides written quotes before work is agreed.
Tom’s approach is straightforward: check the visible problem and nearby roof details, explain whether a local repair or wider work is sensible, and set out what the quote includes. Roofing waste removed during agreed work is taken for recycling. If a customer raises an aftercare concern, Tom asks them to call and aims to inspect it within 24 to 48 hours, subject to safe access and weather.
